Chrysanthemum Tea

Our official drink for this summer. You can get dried flowers from china town. It is said to relieve headaches and lower temperatures. Perfect for this hot summer weather. Put a handful of dried chrysanthemum in a pitcher. Add hot water. Leave for 7 minutes . Remove most of the flowers. Leave some for extra bite. You can add sugar. Serve with Ice Cubes. Enjoy!
